1. As a condition to using the services, free of charge, provided by this website you agree to the terms of use and privacy policy as it may be updated from time to time. ITJI understands that privacy is important to you.
2. Information you provide to join will grant you free access to ITJI English and Korean website. Your personal information is valuable and shall be safely guarded.
3. Membership to use this website is free of charge and you will be granted to general services and special services. This privacy policy is to protect your privacy and to deter any illegal usage of the information of our members.
4. This privacy policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of private information protection stipulated in the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection and Personal Information Protection Guideline provided by the Ministry of Information and Technology.
5. According to the Guideline, ITJI designates the following person as the Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) for the maintenance and protection of personal information submitted upon joining as ITJI website member.

6. Collection of Information. Your information is collected when you submit your electronic membership form under the condition of agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Membership form requests you to provide your username, password, your name, and address, contact information etc. ITJI guarantees that knowledge and information on our users will enable a more user-friendly website.
7. Purpose of Information. The purpose of request for your information is solely to improve and better reflect user-friendly services and contents. ITJI welcomes your suggestions and recommendations. Also, it purports to facilitate interactive board system for Questions and Answers and for ITJI's campaign on Urgent Calls for Action. Email address is important to convey you announcements and activity news.
8. Storage of Information. Personal information collected by ITJI may be stored and processed as mentioned above until you terminate or cancel your account.
9. Responsibilities and Proper Use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality or your password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur thereunder. You agree that you will use the services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence.

You can access to your ITJI sponsorship and donation record and revise your personal information and password. If you want to terminate or cancel your account please send us an email with your name, username (ID), password etc. and we will see to it as soon as possible.

13. ITJI takes no responsibility for third party usage of information you provide (i.e. email address, username etc) on our BBS (Bulletin Board System) and information irrelevant to ITJI sent by the third party. ITJI does not have any obligation to monitor such third party acts.
